This kit expands beyond a front-stage upgrade into a full front and rear system, combining fairing speakers with 6x9” saddlebag drivers for increased output and system scale. The DSP acts as the central control point, allowing precise tuning of time alignment, crossover points, and tonal balance. The amplifier powers the system while the dual wiring kits ensure stable current delivery. Acoustic treatment improves structural control across both fairing and bag lids, helping maintain clarity at higher output levels.

It’s provided as a guide only. These systems require experience with wiring and Harley fitment, so we don’t recommend attempting installation without the proper knowledge or skill level.

IMPORTANT: Installation & Tuning Considerations

  • All systems require a flash tune of your Harley Davidson ECU to change the source radio output voltage and modify the internal EQ curve to the appropriate settings before installation. This is available as an optional extra from Old School Car Audio here in Perth, or your experienced Harley Dealer.
  • Warning - Amplifier gain settings need to be professionally set to protect speakers at higher power ratings.
  • Consider future proofing your system by installing the 4-channel amplifier version with the DSP, in case you want to upgrade to the 4-speaker kit in the future.
  • All DSP settings need to be measured and setup utilising a professional Real-Time Analyser (RTA). This is available here at Old School Car Audio in Perth, for the ultimate sound experience on your Harley.
  • Modifications to speaker pods are required to fit the GZCF 6.5SPL speakers.
