Shipping policy

OSCA Shop ships Australia-wide, with selected international shipping available after order review.

Shipping Options

Australia

  • Standard shipping
  • Express shipping
  • Local pickup from our Malaga head office

International

  • Standard shipping only
  • International orders must pass our order protection and verification process before dispatch. We do not guarantee international shipment until this review is complete.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination and selected shipping method. Packaging weight is included in the product shipping weight.

For Australian orders over $1,000, we offer free standard shipping. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Most standard shipping rates apply to orders under 22 kg. For heavy, oversized or unusual freight, we may contact you with a suitable courier option such as StarTrack, FedEx, DHL or another freight provider.

Dispatch Times

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Special order items ship once received by OSCA Shop, which may take up to 5 business days before dispatch.

If your order includes a special order item, we will usually ship everything together once the full order is ready. Contact us if you need separate shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on destination, carrier, parcel weight and order size.

Australia metro: 4–7 business days
Regional Australia: 5–9 business days
Express Australia: 1–3 business days
International: varies by country

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking can be requested once your order has been dispatched. Some freight or special order shipments may have separate tracking details.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at info@oldschoolcaraudio.com.au.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from:

Please wait until you receive pickup confirmation before coming in. Orders cannot be collected until they are confirmed as ready.

Signature on Delivery

We may require signature on delivery for orders over $100.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery details at checkout.

If you enter the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Any delays, redelivery costs or delivery issues caused by incorrect details may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking says your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbours first.

If it is still missing, contact info@oldschoolcaraudio.com.au within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with Australia Post or the relevant carrier. Australia Post investigations can take up to 10 business days to resolve.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately of:

  • The item
  • The internal packaging
  • The external shipping box

Contact info@oldschoolcaraudio.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, clearance charges or local fees charged by their country.

International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs processing. Some orders may not be eligible for international shipping after review.
