1995-2004
Foundations & Early Innovation
Goldhorn’s origins trace back to home HiFi R&D in 1995 before formally launching in 2004. The company introduced its first CSTN colour screen MP3 player in China and established an early high-end R&D and manufacturing base, laying the groundwork for future in-vehicle electronics development.

2006-2010
Digital Product Expansion
During this period, Goldhorn expanded into digital electronics, including mobile digital TV, in-vehicle infotainment systems, and multimedia devices. The brand passed ISO/TS quality certifications, achieved strong domestic sales growth, and established its formal sales and marketing structure.

2011-2014
Market Recognition & Brand Growth
Goldhorn became a best-selling in-vehicle infotainment brand within SGMW 4S stores and expanded internationally. Annual sales reached significant milestones, and the company earned multiple national “Top Brand” awards, strengthening its position within China’s automotive electronics industry.

2015-2017
Shift Toward High-Fidelity Car Audio
The company pivoted strategically toward “Internet+ HiFi” and digital signal processing. It launched its first DSP Cloud Player systems, won major innovation and competition awards (including EMMA and IASCA China Finals), and began establishing itself in performance-driven car audio.

2018-2019
DSP Platform Leadership
Goldhorn built its own DSP technology platform and introduced multiple DSP series models. It launched the A-series DSD players and introduced the “Pan-Music Source” concept, integrating digital players with DSP processing. The brand expanded its global exhibition presence and strengthened its high-end positioning.

2020-2022
Flagship Digital Ecosystem
Recent years saw the release of advanced DSP and digital player models, including the G-series and Pro platforms. Goldhorn expanded into surround sound platforms and continued refining high-performance digital audio solutions, solidifying its reputation in the car HiFi digital player and DSP market.

Today
Global Expansion & Product Ecosystem
Goldhorn has evolved into a comprehensive digital car audio ecosystem, offering five core product lines: DSD Player Only, DSD Player with DSP, DSD Player with DSP Amplifier, DSP Amplifier, and Stand-Alone DSP platforms. Through collaboration with hundreds of car audio upgrade stores across China, the brand has served more than 10 million vehicle owners, establishing Goldhorn as a recognised name among serious music enthusiasts. In recent years, the company has expanded internationally into Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, strengthening its global distribution network and positioning its refined digital audio technologies for a wider worldwide audience.
